Why Do Bisexual Women Deny Their Bisexual Nature?

After reading a recent comment from a “socially awkward window licker” for a post I made almost a year ago, I think we need to re-open the subject of bisexuality and women.

1. Do The Math
Bisexuality refers to the ability to be “sexually responsive to both sexes”. Studies from six years ago indicate that all women were responsive to all forms of erotica (both male and female). Based on the study as well as the definition of bisexuality, we can safely conclude that all women are bisexual.
2. Alcohol Induced Bisexuality
There has been a growing trend among young women where alcohol causes them to act out on their bisexual nature.
I am referring to the act of drunk girls kissing other drunk girls.
Now some of you will argue that alcohol impairs both a person’s judgment as well as their inhibitions. Others will argue that alcohol induces the truth. Alcohol allows women to indulge in their own bisexual natures while using alcohol as a crutch.
3. The Forty Year Old Virgin Scenario
According to a study done by the University of Chicago during the 90s (aptly titled ‘‘The Social Organization of Sexuality: Sexual Practices in the United States’‘), 1.2 percent of men admitted to still being virgins when they turned 40. For women, the rate was about 2 percent. What does this have to do with women and acting on their bisexuality? While some people remain virgins due to the lack of sexual attractiveness, some choose to remain pure until they are married.
Women abstain from pre-marital sex due to moral or religious beliefs. Women also abstain from same-sex encounters due to moral or religious beliefs.
4. You Always Have a Choice
Social stigma and conditioning can play an important role in people’s choices. Both men & women face roadblocks when admitting their sexual preferences to both their family & peers, when it doesn’t fit society’s norm of a strictly heterosexual lifestyle. And those who admit their attractiveness to both sexes, do not always do so equally. Some “openly bisexual” women are more attracted to women. Others are more attracted to men. Some are equally attracted to both men and women. Just because a woman chooses to only pursue male sex partners, does not mean that she isn’t attracted to women.
That is her choice.
However, irregardless of her personal choices, she remains bisexual.

Do you still wish to deny the evidence, and pointlessly argue the truth? Do you believe social conditioning has led women to deny their bisexual tendencies? Do some women need to be more open-minded about their sexuality? Leave a comment.
